Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Lawyer - Remote

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationwide.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive to handle excellent cases from inception to trial.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing Clinical Negligence claims, investigating, and litigating multi-track cases. You must ensure cases are progressed efficiently and meet all KPI targets set by the firm.

This firm has a team of experts and seeks like-minded individuals passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.

The Candidate

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive with 2+ years of experience handling own caseload
• Experience drafting legal documentation
• Ability to prioritize and manage a varied caseload
• Team player with initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Strong client care skills
• Effective communication with team members and contacts
