Our client, a highly regarded and expanding name in the insurance industry, who is seeking a talented and proven Casualty Adjuster to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of casualty claims – from investigation through to settlement – all while working remotely and maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
• Investigate, negotiate and agree the settlement of claims professionally
• Liaise with insured parties, insurers, third parties, and brokers
• Conduct on-site investigations where required
• Produce clear, timely and compliant reports
• Support the wider business development strategy
• Identify opportunities for client growth and relationship development
• Take part in projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
About You
• Experience in the commercial loss adjusting sector or a related field
• Ideally working towards or already holding relevant professional qualifications
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and develop strong client relationships
• A positive reputation with brokers and insurers is a strong advantage
• Flexibility to travel within the region
