Job Responsibilities
- 12+ years of CRM experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain.
- Experience working on PSS cloud; understanding of GDS is a plus.
- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate systems across disparate platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to resolve business and technical issues.
- Serve as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor to clients.
- Provide thought leadership in the Public Sector/Energy & Utilities industry, including conducting business process innovation workshops.
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
- Assess customer business requirements, co-create the future vision, and map solutions to Salesforce offerings.
- Contribute to defining target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition strategies.
- Offer domain expertise to define solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform.
- Assist clients in developing their CRM strategy and roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term goals, leveraging Salesforce and supporting technologies.
- Work with complex business requirements, assist in designing and configuring solutions.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project teams, and partners to detail solutions and assess their value.
- Review design and infrastructure blueprints, proactively identify risks and issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce solutions, and competitive offerings.
