Job Summary

As a member of our busy marketing team, you will support various departments to achieve our business objectives. Your role involves providing high-level marketing administrative support, helping to drive marketing plans across all our brands.

You will develop marketing materials such as brochures and informational literature, support newsletter creation and distribution, assist with lead generation administration using our CRM system Hubspot, support website updates, and participate in event planning. Additionally, you will help manage the marketing function of iO and keep our CRM system up to date.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your creativity and marketing career, gaining exposure to different brands and functions within the financial services industry.

Key Skills and Personal Attributes

• Assist with digital marketing activities including blog posting, website updates, and creating videos and animations.
• Administer our CRM database for lead generation across our employee benefits brand.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Lead.
• Manage the delivery of client-facing materials via our internal database.
• Support the development and design of literature and brochures.
• Assist with internal communications, including researching and collating news for our monthly newsletter.
• Manage updates to our intranet.
• Organise events and liaise with third parties for printing, venues, and design work.
• Provide general marketing assistance and ad-hoc support as required.
