Job Description

Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients.
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle, from quoting and invoicing to delivery and aftersales.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and internal procedures.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear KPIs and providing coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and safety-conscious team culture.
Client Strategy & Satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to enhance service and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive client retention through proactive issue resolution and engagement.
Commercial Growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to develop strategic account plans.
  • Report on account performance and trends to guide decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
