About The Client Services Senior Account Manager Role…

As an Senior Account Manager you will play a key role in the delivery of successful campaign activations across Account Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, channel and alliance and more. Working in partnership with our wider teams across Data & Analytics, Content & Creative, and digital marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating internal efforts and proactively driving client engagement in line with agreed output and milestones. In a nutshell, your role will focus on strategic relationship building, client services excellence, and commercial management.

Accountabilities

  • End-to-end management of client projects in collaboration with specialist internal teams such as creative & digital media, data & analytics
  • Responsible for campaign tracking; ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard against objectives and KPIs
  • Contribute towards the writing of marketing plans, proposals and presentations
  • Manage the internal co-ordination and implementation of all production, ensuring effective communication with all teams and providing regular updates
  • Confidently interrogate client briefs; unearth key insights that help to clarify the requirements that support and guide the strategic planning process
  • Monitor the effectiveness of activity consistently, ensuring that clients are regularly updated and counseled appropriately day-to-day
  • Confidently present of ideas, plans and work to clients in meetings
  • Supporting Account Directors and Senior Account Directors on new business opportunities
  • Support Account Director or Senior Account Director in ensuring all team objectives and KPIs are consistently met as advised by the senior management team

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-5 years’ experience within the B2B Marketing space ideally from an agency
  • A strong, proven track record in B2B Marketing – you should however have a true passion for emerging technology and the space as a whole
  • Expertise in Account Based Marketing & Integrated Campaigns
  • Experience working with global brands;
  • Team player with strong leadership qualities and a demonstrable ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strategic and innovative thinking, both for clients and the agency
  • Superb client relationship skills
  • Ambition, drive and motivation
