What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Support ISO 45001 and legislative compliance
• Deliver internal training and engage with site teams and subcontractors

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in a senior HSE role within engineering/construction
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and site-based safety practices
• A confident communicator with a hands-on, can-do attitude
