Job description

The Senior Executive Administrator position reports directly to the AMAS General Manager, Organic Peroxides. The role involves providing administrative support to the General Manager and the leadership team of the OP BU.

The main responsibilities include prioritizing, managing, and coordinating schedules, travel and visa arrangements, administrative project management, scheduling and organizing events and meetings, formatting presentations, managing contact databases, responding to organizational inquiries, managing data on BU SharePoint sites, digital coordination, SAP pricing administration, month-end invoicing, marketing budget management, SF support for the sales team, assisting with sample requests, and monthly reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Office Management (30%)
  • Arrange key meetings, develop agendas, organize logistics, and coordinate catering and A/V needs.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for BU leadership and Arkema France executives.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and documents for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Prepare expense reports and update organizational charts.
  • Process purchase requisitions and manage invoice processing.
  • Send shipments, order office supplies, and oversee maintenance requests.
  • Assist in arranging community events for the BU.
