Reporting to the Head of Production, we're looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join a high-performing Brand and Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the production of integrated campaigns across digital, film, social, and editorial channels. You'll be at the heart of turning ideas into reality — managing the creative process from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
You'll work closely with internal creative teams, agency partners, strategists, and senior stakeholders to bring ambitious campaign concepts to life. This role is ideal for someone who's just as comfortable managing fast-turnaround social shoots as they are orchestrating large-scale global productions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full production lifecycle for creative campaigns — from scoping and planning through to execution and delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to create compelling branded content, product-focused assets, and storytelling-driven films and features
- Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans, balancing creative ambition with timelines and resources
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of development, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent communication across teams
- Build and nurture strong relationships with production partners, directors, editors, and other external collaborators
- Ensure content is on-brand, culturally relevant, inclusive, and aligned with broader business and marketing objectives
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively find solutions to keep production moving efficiently and smoothly
- Support localisation and adaptation of content for various regions, markets, and formats
- Contribute to creative ideation and development, bringing a production lens to early-stage thinking
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Producer or similar role in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
- Strong project management skills — highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex timelines and competing priorities
- A deep understanding of content production across digital, film, TVC, editorial, and social formats
- Proven ability to manage productions of all sizes, from nimble reactive shoots to multi-location global campaigns
- Skilled at managing budgets of varying scales, negotiating with vendors, and delivering high production value within financial parameters
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a calm, collaborative and solutions-driven approach
- Passionate about creative storytelling and bringing ideas to life in innovative and engaging ways
- A strong portfolio or reel of previous campaigns you've helped produce or lead
Beneficial:
- Experience producing campaigns for travel, lifestyle, tech, financial services, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com or similar project management platforms
- Understanding of compliance, accessibility, and legal considerations in marketing content
- Experience working on localisation and transcreation for multi-market campaigns
Applications for this role will close on Friday 16th May at midday.
Benefits
- 25 days holiday (plus take your public holiday allowance whenever works best for you)
- An extra day's holiday for your birthday
- Annual leave is increased with length of service, and you can choose to buy or sell up to five extra days off
- 16 hours paid volunteering time a year
- Salary sacrifice, company enhanced pension scheme
- Life insurance at 4x your salary
- Private Medical Insurance with VitalityHealth including mental health support and cancer care. Partner benefits include discounts with Waitrose, Mr&Mrs Smith and Peloton
- Generous family-friendly policies
- Perkbox membership giving access to retail discounts, a wellness platform for physical and mental health, and weekly free and boosted perks
- Access to initiatives like Cycle to Work and Salary Sacrificed Gym partnerships
