Job description

The Senior Creative Producer will focus on supporting the team in the production and execution of creative projects to aid in growing Jaded London’s online following and digital presence. In addition, they will work closely with the Head of Brand and support across all creative tasks and projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Production of all in-house campaigns
2. Ensure all projects are completed by the content deadline you will have set
3. Manage budget sheets to ensure all shoot spend is within the agreed budget
4. Organise and book shoot locations
5. Scout shoot locations/recce’s and make bookings
6. Book lighting equipment, props, and travel for shoots
7. Create production schedules for campaigns and projects
8. Coordinate abroad shoots, including booking travel and logistics
9. Plan ahead for future projects to ensure timely completion
10. Maintain timekeeping on shoot days to ensure all looks are shot
11. Handle documentation, invoicing, and call sheets
12. Assist the collaborations and partnership manager with pop-up store production and ad-hoc tasks
13. Lead projects to ensure social and creative teams are aligned
14. Provide creative input on wider business projects
15. Communicate with outside creators such as photographers, agents, videographers, and stylists
16. Manage and oversee junior team members as required
17. Manage risk assessments and insurance agreements

Requirements:

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organisation skills to meet deadlines and keep projects on track
• Flexible, diligent, and adaptable to team needs
• Proactive and collaborative, capable of managing a high output and reactive social media content calendar from end-to-end
• Strong interpersonal skills to act as an ambassador for the Jaded brand on shoots and with external talent and partners
• Motivated to drive measurable results
