An established industry player in healthcare is seeking an EPR Classroom Training Lead to enhance patient care through effective training programs. The EPR Classroom Training Lead will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the classroom training component of the EPR training project.
This role involves close collaboration with the EPR Instructional Design Lead and the EPR Training and Engagement Lead to ensure the successful delivery of the entire training program.
The post holder will liaise with our EPR providers, Meditech, and the support team for our existing medical noting software, OpenEyes.
The EPR Training Team aims to provide high-quality education and training to a diverse range of end users across the Trust, supporting the rollout of the Electronic Patient Record to enhance patient care and prepare for sustainable future training needs. The post holder will play a key role in planning and delivering training, working closely with healthcare staff and stakeholders to meet upcoming training requirements.
Key responsibilities include leading the classroom training aspect of the EPR workstream for staff at Moorfields Eye Hospital, including designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions.
