Training Lead - S4 Hana Programme

The location of the role is Guildford, Surrey (hybrid working).

The duration of the contract is 6 months initially.

The pay rate on offer is £580 - £598 per day (via Umbrella).

The role requires active MOD SC clearance.

Key accountabilities of the role

1. Serve as the Training Lead on the Elmer ERP S/4 HANA programme, collaborating with Change consultants to support business engagement for training, including Personas and User journeys.
2. Work with SAP developers to create training materials.
3. Manage contractual deliverables and activities related to training, including:
1. Training content and materials
2. Detailed training needs analysis
3. Train the trainer sessions, ensuring training is completed in time for UAT testing
4. Liaise with the client training staff

Key skills and experience

1. Experienced training consultant
2. S4 Hana experience preferred but not essential
