We're seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative IT solutions across a portfolio of technology projects. You'll manage multi-disciplinary technical teams and work closely with business stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and internal PMO to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor multi-skilled technical teams across concurrent tech projects
2. Act as key technical decision-maker using Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and modern engineering approaches
3. Own low-level solution design for all delivery work under your remit
4. Ensure adherence to architectural, security, and delivery standards
5. Promote collaboration across teams and with external partners
6. Manage resource planning to support the delivery pipeline
7. Drive project delivery from initiation through to completion
8. Oversee third-party suppliers for effective technical delivery

Experience:

• Proven experience leading diverse technical teams, e.g., Developers, Cloud Engineers, BAs, PMs, QA, etc.
• Strong track record of delivering technology solutions using at least 3 of the following:
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Confident working with suppliers and internal teams to deliver value-driven outcomes
• Experience in Energy or Utilities sector
• Driving licence and access to car
