Job description

SF is thrilled to be working with a fantastic services business that is looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join their forward-thinking and strong-cultured team based in Coventry.

This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor who is confident and self-sufficient in a fast-paced HR environment. We are seeking someone with experience in both ER and recruitment, who is proactive and willing to get involved with a close-knit team.

This role would suit an Advisor capable of coaching and supporting line management and stakeholders with daily HR activities, ideally with 3-4 years of experience in an HR function.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting stakeholders with recruitment processes
  2. Monitoring recruitment activities and sourcing candidates
  3. Handling ER case work — experience with lower-level cases and practical knowledge is sufficient
  4. Supporting and coaching line management on HR best practices
  5. Providing KPI data and utilizing the HRIS system

Skills required:

  1. Confident and engaging HR professional
  2. Experience in ER case work
  3. Experience coordinating recruitment processes
  4. Good knowledge of UK employment law
  5. Proficiency with systems and IT
  6. Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days working from home; however, office presence is preferred to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders. Offering up to GBP 35K, this role presents an excellent opportunity to advance your HR career within a reputable organization.
