Position: Integration Programme Manager

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000Location: LondonWorking Style: Hybrid
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of technical products and services to one of our core clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT programme delivery, particularly within large FMCG or Food & Beverages companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP transformations to S/4HANA and a comprehensive understanding of complex landscapes involving multiple solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Scheduling: Align Project Managers to define project scope, milestones, and timelines for the delivery process.
2. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of tasks to team members, ensuring the project stays on track.
3. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues at the account level.
4. Communication: Maintain clear communication with senior client stakeholders and internal stakeholders about the progress and health of the account.
5. Progress Tracking: Monitor various projects under delivery, adjusting as needed to keep the delivery on track. This includes creating and refining OKRs and KPIs.
6. Guidance and Mentorship: Provide support and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
7. Culture Building: Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within teams.
8. Status Reporting: Create and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports.
9. Strategic Growth: Partner with Client Partners to identify and strategise growth opportunities in the accounts.

Qualifications:

1. 16+ years of experience in IT programme delivery for large FMCG or Food & Beverages companies.
2. Extensive experience in large-scale SAP transformations to S/4HANA.
3. Proficiency in multiple solutions, including Salesforce, Success Factors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI, and SAP BTP.
4. Experience in both Solution Delivery (Projects) and Service Delivery (Application Support).
5. Familiarity with ITIL processes.
6. Experience in Agile Delivery.
7. Strong background in SAP Implementation or Integration (SAP PI/PO/CPI) with at least 4 years as a delivery manager.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior CxO level client stakeholders.
