The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll be a developing leader who cares deeply about creating a positive environment for guests and staff, demonstrating expertise in food quality and standards, and inspiring your team.

About You:

• You are passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards.
• You are ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members.
• You have knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understand kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• You enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
