This role involves developing engaging content to showcase projects, people, and opportunities, supporting employer branding, marketing, and recruitment campaigns, especially for early talent and engineering roles.

Responsibilities include:

1. Content Development: Creating, editing, and publishing engaging social media content, including videos highlighting projects and culture.
2. Trend Analysis: Incorporating TikTok trends to maximize engagement.
3. Brand Consistency: Ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and tone.
4. Research: Staying updated on industry trends and project updates.
5. Collaboration: Working with various departments to develop supportive content.
6. SEO: Applying SEO best practices to increase visibility.
7. Content Strategy: Supporting the development and execution of content plans.
8. Analytics: Monitoring content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
9. Engagement: Interacting with followers and fostering community.
10. Project Documentation: Showcasing key projects through narratives and visuals.
