About the Role

SES is seeking a talented Pre-Construction Director to join our SES South team. The role involves delivering the SES Pre-Construction Strategy on high-profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Set bid strategies for all bids with the local team and oversee implementation to ensure winning outcomes.
• Ensure regional pipeline and bid strategies are robust to achieve sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of bid managers, estimators, cost planners, and proposals teams.
• Support business development activities to ensure a future pipeline and actively participate in external networking, building effective customer relationships.
• Promote continuous improvement in performance related to business development, bidding, and the conversion of second-stage deals.
