Two Saints is seeking a Community Support Worker in Eastleigh for full-time (37 hours) with starting salary £25,974, progressing to £26,474. The role requires Enhanced DBS and a valid Driver's Licence. Lone working is expected; night/weekend shifts are not scheduled.

You will support young people and care leavers to build confidence and life skills, whilst safeguarding and policy compliance are essential. As part of a supportive, values-driven team, you’ll engage with clients to assess needs,

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in homelessness and related issues.
• Ability to contribute positively to a team.
• Calmly handle challenging situations and crises.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
