Job summary

Unique Home Care NI LTD seeks Care Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centred support in clients' own homes across Belfast. You will assist with daily tasks, promote independence, and respect individuality while preserving dignity.

Role requires a driving licence and access to a car to travel between clients. You will follow tailored care plans, monitor wellbeing, and report changes to the care team, ensuring high-quality records and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and car for work.
• Willingness to carry out personal care and daily living tasks.
• Ability to manage own time.
• Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
• Ability to record and report accurate, legible and complete information.
• NISCC registration or willingness to apply on appointment.
