Job summary

Unique Home Care NI LTD is seeking a Night Shift Care Assistant for a Supported Living Care Team in Saintfield. You'll provide personal care, household tasks, and medication prompts in clients’ homes, working 8pm–8am with 36–48 hours per week, including weekends.

The role requires a full driving licence, the ability to work unsupervised, and NISCC registration or willingness to apply. You’ll join a team dedicated to dignified, person-centred support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve quality of life with housekeeping and shopping tasks.
• Deliver personal care to individuals in their own homes.

• Record and report changes for the care plan.

Our Care Assistants create a warm, compassionate, and human connection with the people they support. They work closely with each person in their own home, providing tailored assistance with essential daily tasks while respecting their individuality and fostering their independence.

About the role

Main Responsibilities

• Improve quality of life with tasks such as housekeeping and shopping
