The Mick George Group is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Earthworks division to lead daily site operations on various contracting sites across the country.

You will manage the workforce, supervise earthworks and soil stabilisation, ensure RAMS compliance, and uphold safety and quality standards while coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and management.

This role demands hands-on leadership, good communication, and a commitment to a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Earthworks/Plant site supervision.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and environmental laws.
• Ability to perform duties to a high standard and in line with company expectations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, leadership and integrity at all times.
• Strong communication with management, colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily earthworks and soil stabilisation, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Ensure RAMS, project specs, site instructions and legal requirements are met.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and resources to meet programme targets.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, shift briefings and safety communications.
• Maintain timesheets, daily worksheets, GRNs and site records accurately.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental and PPE requirements across operations.
• Act as the key link between site operatives, subcontractors, engineers and management teams.
• Identify risks and assist planning to minimise delays and improve efficiency.
