Teaching Personnel is offering a 2-year salaried teacher training programme in Nottingham. In Year 1 you work as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school, earning a salary and gaining classroom experience. Year 2 moves you into formal PGCE and QTS training while continuing school placement.

You will train toward PGCE and QTS, receive mentoring, and develop your teaching practice in Nottingham secondary schools, with a clear route to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Hold a UK bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people.
• Be committed to developing a career in teaching.
• Be reliable, motivated and willing to learn.
• No prior teaching experience required.
