Job summary

Pertemps Northampton is seeking a motivated Production & Installation Trainee in Northampton. You will learn how our products are manufactured in the workshop before progressing to installation work at customer sites.

Full training is provided, with a clear pathway to certification and a long-term career. Starting salary is 27,000 with annual increases, 40-hour weeks, 31 days holiday, a company pension, tools and PPE supplied, and travel across the Midlands.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• PASMA certification required.
• Ladder & Step Safety Training required.
• Specialist Product Installation Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn specialist manufacturing techniques in the Northampton workshop.
• Progress into installation work at customer sites.
• Travel to a variety of locations across the region.
• Deliver high-quality work as part of a skilled team.
