Job summary

NextStep Training Limited is offering an apprenticeship for a Level 3 Early Years Educator in a nursery setting in Cheam. The role provides hands-on experience, structured training, and support to achieve EYFS qualifications.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, with three positions available. Training courses are delivered by a dedicated provider, with progression opportunities to lead practitioner and manager roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow supervision and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities.
• Promote learning through play aligned with EYFS.
• Create a safe, stimulating environment for children.
• Assist with daily routines and maintaining clean spaces.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Observe and record children's progress and contribute to assessments.
