Job summary

NEW BIRTH DAY NURSERY LTD in East London seeks a dedicated early years educator on an apprenticeship track. You will be a key person for a small group of children aged 3 months to 5 years, building strong relationships with parents and carers while supporting development and play in a structured EYFS environment.

Training through NORTH WALES TRAINING LTD. is provided, with working hours 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday, across our East London locations.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
• Level 3 Early Years Educator course completed or in progression.
• GCSEs relevant to childcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key person to a group of children, liaising with parents/carers and ensuring each child's needs are met.
• Work in partnership with parents/carers and family members.
• Advise the manager of concerns regarding health, well-being or safety, maintaining confidentiality.
