Job summary

Childcare 4 u Marlow is offering an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship, with a funded Level 3 qualification and a structured on-the-job training program. You will be part of a friendly team, caring for a group of key children, carrying out observations and ensuring safeguarding and welfare at all times.

The program includes 20% off-the-job learning, a £500 completion bonus plus £1,000 loyalty bonus after one year, and a pathway to a full-time role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English or equivalent, or willingness to work towards functional skills.
• Experience with babies or children under five is preferred.
• Nurturing, patient approach and a love for children.
• Willingness to learn and progress through Level 3 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Support a group of key children, plan and observe activities.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all children at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Contribute to a safe, stimulating EYFS learning environment.
