Job summary

Red House Nursery is offering an Early Years Educator Apprentice role. You’ll work with experienced practitioners, support children's learning through play, and progress towards your Level 3 Early Years qualification in a supportive setting.

As part of a friendly team, you’ll contribute to planning, observations, assessments and safeguarding, helping create a safe, stimulating learning environment in line with the EYFS framework.

Qualifications

• GCSEs required; maths and English at grade 4 or higher.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow EYFS guidance.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key person for a group of children.
• Supporting planning, observations and assessments.
• Ensuring safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing of all children at all times.
• Creating a Safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment in line with EYFS.
• Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
