The post supports the Best Start in Life programme by aligning workforce development, leadership and relational practice across the sector to deliver high-quality, inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and retention of the early years workforce.
• Promoting leadership pathways through mentoring and coaching.
• Aligning training offers across organisations for high-quality practice.
• Building workforce capability around relational practice, supporting families, inclusion and early intervention.
• Cross-sector collaboration across education, health, family hubs and providers.
