Job summary

Birmingham City Council’s Early Years and Childcare Service is looking for a full-time Workforce Development Officer (Grade C) to align workforce development training with policy and legislation, enabling a skilled and confident early years workforce in Birmingham.

The role focuses on supporting the Best Start in Life strategy, delivering priorities around recruitment, leadership development, training and relationship-based practice across education, health, family hubs and providers.
