Job summary

Norcot Early Years Centre, operated by Reading Borough Council, is seeking a Level 3 qualified Team Leader to join our early years team. The role is based at the Waterside Day Care building and is permanent, with 37 hours per week on early/late shifts as arranged.

You will be a keyworker for a group of children, ensuring inclusive practice and working to the revised EYFS. The post offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified Team Leader with experience in early years.
• Good knowledge of EYFS and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities
