Childbase Partnership Limited is hiring a Team Leader for 0–1 year olds at Cherry Trees Day Nursery in Cranfield. This permanent, full‑time role offers 40 hours per week and a salary of £31,928–£34,382 per year (pro‑rata), with a choice of a 4- or 5-day week.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and ability to plan high‑quality activities.

• Collaborative leadership and effective team communication with parents.
