Start Date: 28/04/2025

Aspire People is recruiting a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant for a supportive mainstream primary school in Wolverhampton (WV10), starting from 28th April 2025.

This role involves supporting children in the Early Years stage, including personal care duties such as nappy changing. We seek a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable individual passionate about helping young children grow in a nurturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have experience in an Early Years setting (nursery or reception)
• Be comfortable supporting personal care needs, including nappy changing
• Possess a patient, flexible, and compassionate approach
• Be committed to supporting children's learning and personal development

Registration Process

The successful candidate must register with Aspire People before starting. Registration includes:

• Completing an application form
• Providing ID and references
• Attending an interview with our Black Country Primary Consultant (in person in Sutton Coldfield or via video call)
• Completing a DBS check or having a current DBS on the update service
