  • Location: Tower Hamlets
  • Salary: £95 - £120 per day
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Type: Long Term
  • Working Hours: 08:15 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities of an Early Years TA:
  • Deliver tailored support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, including ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
