Protocol Education is seeking EYFS Teaching Assistants to join a number of welcoming primary schools across North Somerset from November onwards. The role supports children in their early learning journey, in classrooms, small groups, and one-to-one settings, with a focus on nurturing, play-based development.
We offer flexible work to suit your availability, competitive daily pay, and a simple online timesheet system.
We're working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across North Somerset who are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their teams from November onwards. With multiple opportunities available, whether you're looking for flexible work, a longer-term placement, or your next step in education, we'd love to hear from you.
If you're someone who celebrates every milestone, enjoys getting stuck into creative activities, and loves helping children learn through play, you'll fit right in.
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll support children as they take their first steps through education, helping to create a positive, nurturing and engaging learning environment. You'll work alongside experienced teachers, supporting pupils within the classroom, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.
No two days are the same. One moment you'll be helping a child sound out their first words, the next you'll be encouraging imaginative play, supporting early maths skills, or helping little learners build confidence, independence and friendships.
Expect plenty of stories, messy play, outdoor learning and those magical moments when a child's hard work finally clicks.
At Protocol Education, we know that finding the right role matters. That's why we take the time to understand what you're looking for and match you with schools where you'll feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
£50 referral bonus when you recommend a teacher.
£92 - £105 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)
