As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to help them achieve their developmental milestones.

• Support children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups where required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery, early years, or primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child development.
