EYFS Teaching Assistant

Are you a qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant seeking work? Monarch Education is currently collaborating with a Nursery School in B72 to find a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

The working hours for this role are usually 9:00 - 15:00, but can sometimes be 9:00 - 17:00. To be considered, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.

Requirements of the Applicant
  • Experience working with young children
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • A patient and nurturing attitude to support children's emotional and social growth
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in assisting with learning activities and supporting children's development
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Help plan and carry out learning activities
  • Monitor and support children's emotional and social development
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and achievements
  • Foster confidence, independence, and social skills in pupils

Salary

£85 - 110 per day (reviewed after 12 weeks)
