We are offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Outstanding Maintained Nursery School from 1 st September 2025. This is currently advertised as a temporary 12 month contact with the potential of this extending or becoming a permanent post.
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, term time only + 5 INSET days.
Core hours 8.45am 3.45pm.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years Education to work alongside our team of experienced and dedicated staff who are committed to providing the children with the best possible learning opportunities to prepare them for future success and give them the best start in life.
We are an inclusive mainstream school that caters for children aged between 2 years and 4 years with a Resourced Provision for 18 children with a wide range of SEND needs. The successful candidate needs to be strong, enthusiastic and motivated with a sound knowledge of Early Years and some experience of working with children with SEND.
The Nursery School has an excellent reputation in the local community and the ideal candidate must be as passionate as we are in providing the best outcomes for our children, making each and everyday fun and magical for our children. We follow a Total Communication approach to support the development of language and communication and we are a Trauma Informed School with a commitment to developing strong personal, social and emotional development in all children.
