Job summary

New Directions Education Ltd is currently recruiting for an excellent early years teacher in the Warrington area. This is a full time role to start ASAP, but part time candidates will be considered, offering flexible options for local schools week-to-week.

The role involves teaching a range of early years subjects with planning provided, promoting an inclusive classroom, and supporting pupils' academic, emotional and social development in collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK QTS with recent experience working in UK primary schools.
• Suitable for ECTs, Primary Teachers or Retired Teachers.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of the children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description

New Directions is currently recruiting for an excellent early years teacher in the Warrington area. This is a full time role to start ASAP, but part time candidates with be considered. It would suit a early years teacher looking for reduced responsibility, an ECT looking to gain experience in schools or traditional supply teacher who is looking to work in local schools week-to-week.

The Role:

• A range of early years subjects taught with planning provided
• Full time, open to part time – Monday to Friday – 8:30am -3.30pm
• Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Adapt teaching to the individual needs of the pupils
• Work collaboratively with teachers and teaching assistants
• Support pupils academic, emotional and social development

The Candidate:

• Must hold UK QTS with recent experience working in UK primary schools
• This role would be suitable for ECTs, Primary Teachers or Retired Teacher
• Have strong behaviour management and classrooms skills
• Have a commitment to safeguarding and welfare of the children
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
