Job summary

New Directions Education Ltd is currently recruiting for an excellent early years teacher in the Warrington area. This is a full time role to start ASAP, but part time candidates will be considered, offering flexible options for local schools week-to-week.

The role involves teaching a range of early years subjects with planning provided, promoting an inclusive classroom, and supporting pupils' academic, emotional and social development in collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK QTS with recent experience working in UK primary schools.
• Suitable for ECTs, Primary Teachers or Retired Teachers.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of the children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of early years subjects with planning provided.
• Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching to the individual needs of the pupils.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and teaching assistants.
• Support pupils' academic, emotional and social development.
