Early Years Teacher - the school:

Early Years Teacher - key responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that support children's development across all EYFS areas.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
* Observe, assess, and track children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare practices are upheld at all times.
Early Years Teacher - requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) (or equivalent).
* Proven experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery, reception, or preschool).
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
* Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
