Contract: Full-time permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London Pay Scale)

Aspire People are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant school in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a commitment to providing high-quality, child-centred learning experiences.

Early Years Teacher - the school:

Early Years Teacher - key responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that support children's development across all EYFS areas.

* Observe, assess, and track children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare practices are upheld at all times.

Early Years Teacher - requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) (or equivalent).
* Proven experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery, reception, or preschool).
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
* Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
