Job summary

Bright Horizons Broadgreen in Liverpool is seeking an Early Years Teacher to plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all children develop and meet their needs. You will assess progress and ensure stimulating environments to inspire curiosity and growth.

The role requires QTS/EYTS/EYPS or Level 6 Early Years Qualification, a passion for fun, strong EYFS safeguarding understanding, and DBS checks.

Qualifications

  • Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to meet each child’s needs.
  • Make accurate assessments reflecting each child’s development and interests.
  • Ensure indoor and outdoor environments are stimulating and inspire learning.

The Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all the children to develop and meet their individual needs. You will make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, and ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring for the children.

What we’re looking for
  • Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents
