Job summary

Bright Horizons Tudor House Day Nursery and Preschool in Burgess Hill is seeking an Early Years Teacher with QTS to join our caring team. You will plan and deliver rich learning experiences, assess children's progress, and ensure stimulating indoor and outdoor environments that support every child.

You will work within EYFS guidelines, build strong partnerships with families, and contribute to our HEART culture of honesty, excellence, accountability, respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS, EYTS, EYPS or Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and provide exceptional care.
• Make accurate assessments reflecting each child's needs, interests and stage.
• Ensure indoor and outdoor environments are stimulating and safe.
