Job summary

GSL Education is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role in Retford (DN22). Immediate start with daily shifts from 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM. No formal qualifications required, with options for Level 2/3+ practitioners and Enhanced DBS checks.

You will support young learners through play, maintain high safety standards, and work with staff to monitor progress and communicate with parents. Training and funded development paths are provided.

Qualifications

• No qualifications needed, entry-level welcomed.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative attitude.
• Interest in early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Guide children through play-based activities and storytelling.
• Maintain safety, hygiene and supervision throughout the day.
