Job summary

Golden Lane Children’s Centre, part of Prior Weston School, is seeking an Early Years Support Worker to join the team. You will work with children aged 0–4, delivering high-quality EYFS experiences within a nurturing setting based on the EYFS framework.

We are looking for a passionate, reliable team player committed to inclusion and supporting every child’s development and well-being.

Qualifications

• Holds a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification recognised by the Department for Education.
• Commitment to inclusion and ensuring every child can thrive.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework and developmentally appropriate practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging EYFS learning experiences for children aged 0–4.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment and support individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support learning outcomes.
• Encourage social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
• Contribute to positive outcomes for all children in our care.
