Job summary

Malvern Wells CE Primary School is seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant with SEN focus to join the Reception team on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027. The post involves supporting learning, development, care and supervision of children, including those with complex needs.

The successful candidate will work under the Reception Class Teacher and SENDCo, providing high-quality play-based support to enable access to an ambitious Reception curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS (Reception) settings preferred.
• Ability to work with children with diverse needs and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Reception Class Teacher with learning, development, care and supervision of children.
• Provide additional support for children with complex and additional needs.
