Bright Horizons’ Ely Day Nursery in Cambridgeshire is seeking a confident Room Leader to lead a team of practitioners, delivering high-quality care and early education. You will mentor staff, ensure welfare and safeguarding, and foster strong partnerships with parents to meet each child’s needs.

The role requires a full, relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and experience in an Early Years setting.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting – ideal as Room Leader or similar.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and support a team to deliver exceptional care and education, helping children meet their milestones.
• Maintain child welfare, health and safety, and build strong partnerships with parents and other professionals.
