Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an Early Years Quality Specialist to lead and coach nursery teams across the region, delivering outstanding early years education and care. The role requires significant leadership experience, safeguarding expertise, and a drive to drive quality improvements.

The post is field-based across the South Division with travel nationwide as required, offering flexible working and a competitive package in return for commitment to high standards and regulatory outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant Early Years leadership experience across multiple settings.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing nursery teams.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of inspection frameworks.
• Experience using data, audits and reporting to drive improvement.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification and evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Desirable: Ofsted/Care Inspectorate experience and Thrive/Leadership qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support nursery teams to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Coach, mentor and develop colleagues to drive best practice.
• Conduct nursery visits to monitor quality and identify improvements.
• Deliver the Bright Beginnings Curriculum, SEND/ASN and Nurture programmes.
• Work with Nursery Managers and regional teams to improve outcomes and compliance.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and continuous improvement.
• Help nurseries achieve strong inspection and quality audit outcomes.
