Incredible Kids are seeking a dynamic, committed, energised Room Leader.

Job Specifics: To Work Full Time, Monday – Friday (40 Hours)

Shifts 07.30-17:00

Location Derby City

Responsibilities

To provide a safe, happy, secure environment which is conducive to providing a high quality of care and education for children. To fulfil legal and statutory requirements. To supervise staff on a day-to-day basis. To contribute to and implement nursery policies.

Your Responsibilities As Room Leader Will Include

• The effectiveness of the Nursery curriculum and maintain continuity within the Keyworker system throughout the room.
  
  

Qualifications/Experience

• GCSE / O’Level Mathematics and English required (Grade C or above).
• Level 3 Childcare (or higher) Qualification is essential.
• In-Depth knowledge of the current EYFS regulations
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Full awareness of the Children’s Act 1989
• Pediatric First Aid Certificate
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• DBS Checked

We offer full time and part time places for children aged between 0 and 5 years and form strong partnerships with parents.
