We are currently seeking a
dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team.
Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: M5, Salford
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £83.40 – £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time
About the Role:- Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in both group and 1:1 settings
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver interactive, play-based learning activities
- Foster key areas of development including communication, social skills, and early literacy/numeracy
- Create a warm and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence
What We’re Looking For:- Experience working with children in a childcare, nursery, or health care setting
- Relevant qualifications in childcare, early years, or health and social care are essential
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young children
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning across the classroom
- A full enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education)
